In a perfect world, all Chows would have been bred by responsible, knowledgeable breeders, be properly socialized and trained, and be friendly to all manner of people. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world and many Chows have an unknown genetic background and lack the skills necessary to cope appropriately and acceptably with their enviroment.
