Let’s be honest. Forgetting a password and or a unsename is a pretty common occurrence. If you don't use a password manager or have the web browser remember the username and password, then after several months you can forget what the information used to log in to a website was.

Click the blue login menu button to open the login screen
On the Login screen there will be two links shown "Forgot your password" and "Forgot your username":

• Forgot your password?

Click on Forgot your password link and enter the email address for your account. A verification code will be sent to you. Once you have received the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account and login. The email will be sent to the email that is onfile with the website. If you have changed your email address, then be sure to check the email address you previously used for the verification code and link.

• Forgot your username?

Click on the desired reset link and enter the email address for your account. Your username will be emailed to you.

The website administrator does not know what your password is because passwords are encrypted. If you forget your username or password, please follow the procedures above.
