Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. We try our best to make sure if an item is displayed for sale in the store, then the item is in stock. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
- Physical items
Except where noted on an item page, physical Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the continental USA, and Canada. We also accept orders from international customers. Any shipments outside of the USA may be subject to additional fees.
- Non physical items
Except where noted on an item page, non-physical Items such as banquet tickets, seminar tickets, downloads, club renewals offered on our website are available to all addresses
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times where noted are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note: We do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, the items ordered and the weather. Products may also be delivered in separate packages/shipments.
4. Delivery Instructions
Some items may be picked up at the National Specialty Show. If this is the case then there will be an item selection to pick up at National Specialty Show at time of order.
5. Shipping Costs
In general and unless noted on item page, shipping costs are included in the price of the product. Orders placed from Canada, International customers and any shipments to outside of the continental USA may be subject to additional fees. This will be based on the weight of your order and the delivery method necessary.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the item paage or by email before the item is shipped.
6. Sales Tax
Sales Tax is included in the item(s) purchased unless noted otherwise on the product page.
7. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the contents of the package on delivery, contact Love Banghart immediately.
