Refund Return Exchange Policy Print
Since chowclub.org is offering both non-tangible irrevocable goods such as but not limited to National Specialty Show Donations, as well as tangible goods such as but not limited to t-shirts, we handle returns and/or refunds diferently depending upon the goods purchased. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

We honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • non-tangible irrevocable goods product:  The product will be considered received and complete once the transaction for the non-tangible irrevocable goods product has been completed. Any requests for refund after the transaction is complete, may result in a refund decline;
  • non-delivery of tangible goods product:  Claims for non-delivery of tangible goods product must be submitted to our treasurer.  Otherwise the product will be considered received; Failure to receive assistance may result in a refund decline;
  • major defects: although all the products are thoroughly inspected before release, unexpected issues may occur. Such issues must be submitted to the treasurer approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within a reasonable time period. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it, a refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; Failure to receive assistance may result in a refund decline;
  • product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our treasurer upon receipt within of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored and will result in a refund being refused.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on damage by the delivery carrier.
