If you would like me to deliver your order there just contact me in advance to make arrangements. I have T-shirts, Long-sleeve T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies (both pullover and full-zip) and fleece full zip jackets.
I will also be adding a pdf form if you prefer that format. For this one, once you have completed it and are satisfied with your order, please use Print to PDF to save it and forward by email.
