Our web site and services provided to you on and through our web site on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

3. Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.
In order to purchase goods and/or services, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested and provide a valid email address, You must be at least the age of thirteen (13) or older to purchase goods from the online store. 9. Payment by PayPal
By using the Chow Life Magazine online store's Payment Method “PayPal” option, You can purchase Goods and/or Services from the Chow Life Magazine online store using PayPal. In consideration for the Goods and/or Services purchased by You and provided to You by the Chow Life Magazine, You agree to allow PayPal to debit the full amount of this transaction from Your PayPal account balance or the Preferred Funding Source You established with PayPal.

It is Your responsibility to keep Your PayPal Account current, and to have available funds in it. You agree that PayPal and the Chow Life Magazine will not be responsible for payments that fail to go through as a result of Your Funding Source no longer existing, or holding insufficient funds. If for any reason PayPal is unable to withdraw the full amount owed for the Services provided, You agree that PayPal and the Chow Life Magazine may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment.

10. Payment by Check or Money Order
By using the Chow Life Magazine online store's Payment Method “Check” option, You can purchase Goods and/or Services from the Chow Life Magazine online store using a personal check or a Money Order in consideration for the Goods and/or Services purchased by You and provided to You by the Chow Life Magazine. The check must be payable in U.S. dollars.

It is Your responsibility to keep Your checking account current, and to have available funds in it. You agree that the Chow Life Magazine will not be responsible for payments that fail to go through as a result of Your checking account no longer existing, or holding insufficient funds. If for any reason the Chow Life Magazine is unable to withdraw the full amount owed for the Goods and/or Services provided, or if the check or Money Order is returned unpaid, You agree that the Chow Life Magazine may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment.

The check may not be for less than the full amount required at that time. All personal checks may be delayed up to fourteen (14) days after reciept of the check or money order, until the money is credited to the Chow Life Magazine bank account, This may result in a delay shipping of the Goods and/or Services to you.
